The Opportunity

Our client is a multi-disciplined surveying and engineering firm whose greatest asset is their employees. For this reason, they devoted significant internal time when operating its three popular employee gift programs. It included a gift program for new hires, a points-based wellness program, and a safety program that rewarded workers based on hours of safe pipeline operations. The company sought a new way to manage these programs that would save valuable HR staff hours.

The Challenge

The HR team was tracking points for employees, and managing the ordering and distribution of gifts to employees across the country. They sought a solution that could automate elements of the fulfillment process and ease their administrative burden in managing these programs.

The Solution

Casta Marketing Group created a fulfillment solution with the development of a custom ordering website that employees could access directly, and also employed the use of a local fulfillment house to maintain an optimal supply of inventory that could easily meet online orders. Points were tracked for and converted into dollars that each employee could use for purchasing. Online fulfillment allows for real-time inventory of the branded merchandise and features gift options strategically selected by Casta Marketing Group and our client.

The Result

The HR team’s workload on these programs has considerably lessened now that they no longer warehouse and distribute the inventory or tracks the employee points itself. Employees enjoy a greater variety of gift options, and now redeem their points online at their leisure.
