Post Consumer Brands—HR Thank You Gift

The Opportunity

Post Consumer Brands completed a major project, led by the HR team. The leadership team wanted to recognize the HR team’s hard work which made the project a success by delivering a bold, distinctive and personalized “Thank You” gift for each team member.

The Solution

Casta Marketing Group recommended branded gift tins, each featuring the employee’s name along with a distinct artistic image and a handwritten note from the manager. Inside the tin were snacks and cookies.

The Result

After enjoying the snacks inside the tin, employees proudly displayed the custom-made tin bearing their name, and their managers personalized note of thanks. The tins, which are used for storage and organization, are still found on desks today.
